Puzzle 162: Double Trouble: Shikaku and Country Road

The following puzzle is a Shikaku puzzle. After you finish solving it, the rectangular rooms created by your solution, and the numbers in the grid will form a Country Road puzzle.
The rules for both puzzle types are written below the puzzle.

החידה הבאה היא מסוג Shikaku. אחרי שתפתרו אותה, החדרים המלבנים שנוצרו על ידי הפתרון שלכם, והמספרים בטבלה יצרו חידה מסוג Country Road.
החוקים עבור שני סוגי החידות רשומים מתחת לחידה.

Rules for Shikaku:

Partition the grid into rectangles along the grid lines. Each rectangle must have exactly one number in it, and that number specifies the rectangle's area. The puzzle has a single solution.

Rules for Country Road:

Draw a single loop that does not intersect itself through the grid. The loop passes through cells that are vertically or horizontally adjacent; the loop can't pass diagonally between two cells. The loop does not need to pass through all of the cells in the grid. The loop must enter every room in the grid exactly once (so it can't enter and exit a room, and later enter it again). 

If two cells are vertically or horizontally adjacent but not in the same room, the loop must pass through at least one of them. 

If there is a number in a room, it indicates the number of cells in that room the loop passes through.

The puzzle has a single solution.

החוקים של Shikaku:

חלקו את הטבלה למלבנים לאורך קווי הטבלה. כל מלבן צריך להכיל בדיוק מספר אחד, שמציין את שטחו. יש לחידה פתרון יחיד.

החוקים של Country Road:

ציירו בטבלה לולאה יחידה שלא חותכת את עצמה. המסלול של הלולאה עובר בין משבצות צמודות אנכית או אופקית; הלולאה לא יכולה לעבור באלכסון בין שתי משבצות. הלולאה לא צריכה לעבור דרך כל המשבצות בטבלה. הלולאה צריכה להיכנס לכל חדר בטבלה בדיוק פעם אחת (אז אם הלולאה נכנסה לחדר ויצאה ממנו, היא לא תוכל להיכנס אליו שוב מאוחר יותר).
אם שתי משבצות צמודות אנכית או אופקית אבל לא נמצאות באותו החדר, הלולאה מוכרחה לעבור דרך לפחות אחת מהן.
אם יש מספר בחדר, הוא מציין את מספר המשבצות בחדר שהלולאה עוברת דרכן.
יש לחידה פתרון יחיד.
