Puzzle 181: Symmetry Heyawake

Shade some of the cells in the grid. Shaded cells cannot touch orthogonally. The unshaded cells must create a single orthogonally connected area. A horizontal or vertical line of unshdaded cells cannot span over two (or more) borders. Some of the bordered areas have a letter in them; S indicates the region (after you finish the puzzle) has a 180 degree rotational symmetry; A indicates it does not have a 180 degrees rotational symmetry. The puzzle has a single solution.

Puzzle 179: Gemini Loop

Draw a loop that passes through all of the cells in the grid. The loop passes through cells that are vertically or horizontally adjacent; the loop can't pass diagonally between two cells. The loop cannot touch or intersect itself (that is, it enters and exits each cell exactly once).
If two cells have the same letter in them, the loop passes through them in the exact same shape. If two cells have different letters in them, the loop passes through them in different shapes.
